HP is most leading manufacturer of laserjet printers with different speed, size, weight and similar capabilities. HP 1010 is capable to take 12 prints per minute but before start printout, it requires printer driver software. The application has set of different files which make operating system capable with printing device.
Brand new printers must have genuine driver installation CD/DVD alongwith packing but used ones will miss this feature. There is only a way to install drivers without having original disc is downloading from internet. Hewlet Packard has already released hundreds of color and greyscale based printers. Most of printers were divided into two series e.g. InkJet and LaserJet.
However, the driver files are only supported to this printer because each printer must have different application for targeted OS and their environments. HP LaserJet 1010 is most familiar printer which is mostly used in schools, academies, small offices as well as home users also prefer it. Additionally, the printer does not start working before the installation of software files.
The installation is so simple, download application package and extract files to anywhere. Open manage after have a right click on My Computer. Goto Device Manager and find the printer device from the list. Right click and select update driver software, click custom installation and browse for extracted files. You are done because the printer will be shown in devices and printers. Although, start printing PDF, Word, Excel or PowerPoint files with ease and access functions of given printer model.
